    • Median Price: $1,550,000 (⬆ 27% WoW)

    • Median Price: $1,674,950 (⬆ 40% WoW)

    • In Contract: 42 Days
    • Sold: 42 Days

  • New Signed Contracts: 169 (⬆ 15% WoW)
    • Median Price: $449,900 (⬇ 7% WoW)

    • Median Price: $475,000 (⬇ 4% WoW)

    • In Contract: 20 Days
    • Sold: 14 Days
Takeaway: The luxury market saw fewer sales but strong contract activity, suggesting buyers are preparing to act despite reduced inventory.
