  • Median Sales Price: $1,525,000 (-8% WoW)

  • New Signed Contracts: 7 (-22% WoW), Median Price $1,700,000 (+1%)

  • New Listings: 23 (+44% WoW), Median Price $1,850,000 (+33%)

  • Days on Market: In Contract 68 days | Sold 79 days

Takeaway: Strong rebound in sales despite softer pricing. New listings increased significantly with higher price tags, signaling seller confidence.


Lehigh Valley Market Highlights

  • Sales: 46 (+84% WoW), Median Price $369,490 (-15%)

  • New Signed Contracts: 36 (+16% WoW), Median Price $467,000 (+23%)

  • New Listings: 52 (+13% WoW), Median Price $539,250 (+7%)

  • Days on Market: In Contract 44 days | Sold 11 days
