Born from over 80 years of family real estate experience, Michael Prince was meant for this. He has built his reputation as an expert in the field working with single-family, multi-family, investments, development (flips and new construction), condos, short sales, and bar and restaurant sales. He has resided in Philadelphia for over 21 years, spending the last 15 years in trendy Fishtown. Michael knows the ins and outs of Philly and has the ability to expertly guide his clients to the right neighborhood and a home that fits their exact needs. He loves the city and all that it has to offer, so helping clients plant their roots here is one of his greatest motivations.
 
With a degree in Marketing from Coastal Carolina University, Michael has an uncanny ability to analyze the market and potential buyers and can develop the most effective mass and targeted marketing techniques to sell homes fast! And as a Certified Real Estate Negotiator, his loyal clients trust his strategy and experience to expertly guide them throughout the process to the finish line.
